Availability
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your framed or unframed giclee(s). If needed sooner, please contact us and we can discuss your time frame and together decide if it is possible to accommodate your request. Our goal is to ensure that you receive a reproduction of the highest quality and therefore, we ask for your patience with our production process.
Shipping
Unframed giclees will be carefully prepared and shipped up to three per mailing tube at a flat rate of $10. Framed giclees will be carefully boxed and shipped individually with cost determined by size. To arrange for local pickup and avoid shipping costs, please contact us to discuss options rather than utilizing the shopping cart.
Assurance of Satisfaction and Returns
Upon receipt of your giclee, you will have two weeks to arrange for a return of the product or to discuss any points of dissatisfaction. If you choose to return the image for a refund or exchange, we will reimburse you for the full amount of your payment minus shipping charges upon inspection of the returned product. All returned images must be in excellent condition for resale.
Please carefully inspect your giclee(s) when received and notify us immediately of any problems or damages to the item(s).
We will take great care in preparing your framed or unframed giclee for safe shipping. Artwork is inherently fragile. Please contact us if you need information about how to best prepare a product for safe return.
